Dirty Martini Dip
If you’re a fan of the filthiest of martinis, this is for you! A dirty martini, but as a dip. I was inspired by the viral dirty martini chip for this one, which is basically just putting blue cheese and a green olive on a salt and vinegar chip. Dipping my favourite salt and vinegar chips in this tangy blue cheese and olive filled dip was beyond delicious and gave me a little taste of that filthy ol’ martini I’ve been missing so much (I’m pregnant, FYI!). Many wines would be fantastic with this dip, but the best pairing by far is, of course, a dirty martini! Try this fool proof recipe. If dirty martinis aren’t your thing, try it with your favourite New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc or Austrian Gruner Veltliner! And if alcohol isn’t on the table for you right now (#solidarity), try it with the Leitz Eins-Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling.
