Honey Sage Whipped Ricotta

Wine Pairing: Kirkland Signature Asolo Prosecco

RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 1 cup full fat Ricotta
- 1/4 cup Mascarpone
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp Prosecco
- Honey to drizzle
- chopped fresh Sage to garnish

Directions:
- In a food processor, blend ricotta, mascarpone, and lemon juice
- Slowly add the olive oil, followed by Prosecco until you get your desired texture.
- Pour into your favourite dip dish.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh Sage.
- Serve with your favourite cracker or crostini!
