Everything Bagel Smoked Salmon Dip
For Episode 24 of Wine and Dip I made Everything Bagel Smoked Salmon Dip. Basically my two favourite bagel toppings in one easy creamy crowdpleasing dip! This will be an absolutely HIT at any get together, especially if you pair it with a bottle of Gruner Veltliner - A zesty Austrian white wine that’s similar to Sauvignon Blanc with its lovely herbaceousness that compliments the capers and green onions, and crisp acidity that perfectly contrasts the creamy texture of this dip. I decided to serve this which buttery ritz crackers and I could not stop eating it!!

Everything Bagel Smoked Salmon Dip
A twist on a classic - Smoked Salmon dip with everything bagel seasoning!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tbsp caper brine
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 500g pack of smoked Sockeye salmon, defrosted and chopped (approx 1 cup)
- 1 cup (8oz block) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Topping
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Ritz cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except for salmon and toppings using a hand-mixer.
- Fold in salmon and then transfer to your favourite dip serving dish
- Top with everything bagel seasoning and crushed ritz crackers and enjoy!
- Serve with: Buttery ritz crackers, sour dough crostinis, raw vegetables.
