Dill Pickle Dip

The wine: Allan Scott Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. An affordable classic from Costco Liquor!

RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 8oz block cream cheese (softened/room temp)
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp pickle brine
- 1-2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp dijon mustard

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour, ideally overnight to let those flavours develop!
- Transfer to your favourite dip dish and serve with your favourite chips! It was INSANE with Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle chips 🥰
