Air-Fried Crispy Boursin
Wine pairing: Your favourite sparkling wine! (Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Sekt) or a Spicy Champagne Cocktail! Recipe on instagram here.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Boursin of choice
- 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ~ 1 cup breadcrumbs for breading (I used half regular bread crumbs and half Panko)
- Honey for drizzling (Hot honey would also be AMAZING)
Directions:
- Preheat air-fryer to 400 F
- Remove foil from Boursin and brush with mayonnaise (coat all sides)
- Roll in breadcrumbs
- Air-fry at 400 F for 5 minutes directly on rack
- Transfer to serving dish, drizzle with honey and enjoy immediately with your favourite crackers!
