Hot Smoked Gouda & Bacon Dip

RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (8oz) full fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup full fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked smokey bacon, chopped
- 2-3 stalks of green onions, chopped
- 1-2 cups of smoked Gouda, shredded
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, save some cheese for the topping. Transfer to an oven safe baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 375 F for approximately 15-20 minutes (until hot and bubbly). Remove from oven, top with more cheese, and broil on high for approx 2-3 minutes (or until cheese is golden and bubbly).
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with fresh sour dough or French bread!
