Pepperoni Pizza Dip
Ingredients:
- ½ cup softened cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups smooth ricotta cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella + more for layering and the top
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup chopped pepperoni + thin pepperoni slices for the top
- Pretzel chips or bread sticks to serve
Directions:
- In a medium to large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, chopped pepperoni, and salt.
- Scoop half of the mixture into a baking dish and smooth. Top with pizza sauce and cheese.
- Scoop the rest of the mixture on top, smooth, and then top with the rest of the sauce and cheese. Finish it off with the pepperoni slices.
- Bake uncovered at 375 F for 15-20 minutes. Remove lid and broil for 3-5 minutes on high until the cheese is browning and bubbly and the pepperoni crisps up.
- Enjoy immediately with pretzel chips!
