Cranberry Puff Pastry Baked Brie Bites

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4-5 inch squares and place squares on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Add a small dollop of cranberry sauce on each, followed by a mini Brie round.
  4. Wrap them up, making sure to fully trap the sauce inside, then flip so that the folds are on the pan side.
  5. Brush with egg wash (whisk together egg and water to create egg wash) and then bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes (or until golden and flaky).
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before drizzling with honey and garnishing with fresh thyme.
  7. Serve with a glass or two of Crémant de Loire Rosé!
