Cranberry Puff Pastry Baked Brie Bites

- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4-5 inch squares and place squares on a greased baking sheet.
- Add a small dollop of cranberry sauce on each, followed by a mini Brie round.
- Wrap them up, making sure to fully trap the sauce inside, then flip so that the folds are on the pan side.
- Brush with egg wash (whisk together egg and water to create egg wash) and then bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes (or until golden and flaky).
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before drizzling with honey and garnishing with fresh thyme.
- Serve with a glass or two of Crémant de Loire Rosé!
