Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup softened cream cheese
- 1 cup full fat sour cream
- ½ cup Franks Redhot Sauce
- 2-3 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together (leave some cheese)
- Layer in a baking dish (add half the dip, sprinkle some cheese, add more dip).
- Smooth out and bake uncovered at 375 F for 15- 20 minutes (or until hot the whole way through)
- Top with more cheese and broil on high for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Enjoy immediately with homemade crostinis and enjoy 🥂
