Sweet, salty, and buttery whipped Brie that pairs perfectly with Champagne!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the Brie in the freezer for around an hour to make it easier to remove the rind. Using a vegetable or potato peeler, peel off the rind of the Brie.
  2. Cut into cubes and then blend in a food processor along with the milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to your serving dish, drizzle with honey and top with chopped almonds.
  4. Enjoy with fresh sourdough or crackers and a chilled glass of Champagne!
