RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of fresh Sourdough bread
- Mayonnaise
- Butter
- 2-3 tbsp of Kimchi (without liquid)
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread, flip and then spread butter. *Mayo will be the grilling side!
- Add a bit of both cheeses, top with kimchi, and then add the remaining cheese.
- Put the slices together and grill on low-medium heat until brown and crispy on one side. Flip to grill the other side and cover to help the cheese melt. If the cheese isn’t perfectly melty but the bread is crispy, turn off the heat but leave covered for a few minutes. Enjoy immediately!
