Honey-Drizzled Croissant Baked Brie

This easy classic is always a hit and the perfect appetizer to impress your guests or bring to an event! Pair this with your favourite Champagne. The matching bready and honey notes in the wine and the Brie work beautifully together!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice your Brie wheel in half so that you have two rounds. Drizzle one side with honey then press the two sides back together.
  2. Remove your crescent roll dough from it's packaging and lay out flat. Place your Brie wheel on top of the dough and wrap it up, ensuring you don't have too much overlap (this will make the dough thicker and less likely to bake through).
  3. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, flipping half way through.
  4. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey and serve immediately with a chilled glass of Champagne or Cava!
