Gorgonzola Fig Grilled Cheese

RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Italian bread (2 thick slices)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Old cheddar
- Gorgonzola
- Mozzarella
- Fig jam
Directions:
- butter both sides of your bread slices.
- Spread fig jam on the inside of the bread slices.
- Layer your cheese (old cheddar, gorgonzola in the midde, then mozza).
- Press slices together and grill on medium heat covered for approx 5 minutes (or until golden brown and crispy on the outside). Flip, and grill 3-5 minutes.
-Turn heat to low and cover to allow the cheese to melt.
- Enjoy immediately with a glass of Châteauneuf!
