Hot Honey Baked Brie

Ingredients

• Brie wheel
• 2-3 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp chili oil (I used Seven Spice chili oil)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place Brie wheel in an oven safe Brie baking dish
3. Score the top and then bake at 350 F for 10 minutes
4. When the Brie is done baking, mix together honey and chili oil and microwave for 20 seconds.
5. Pour hot honey mixture over baked Brie and serve immediately with your favourite cracker or crostini and a glass of chilled Moscato D'Asti!
