A fresh, silky smooth cheese dip that’s the perfect warm weather snack! Pair this with your favourite light rosé or Sauvignon Blanc!

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (except for olive oil) and process until smooth. Slowly add olive oil while processing for extra creaminess,
  2. Taste and adjust to your desired taste with more lemon, herbs, oil, salt/pepper.
  3. Pour into your favourite dish, garnish with more lemon zest and fresh basil.
  4. Enjoy with your favourite crackers or salty original chips!
